Introduction to W37-DRN90L4 SEW Right Angle Speed Reducer

The W37-DRN90L4 is a high-performance right angle speed reducer under the SEW brand, belonging to the W-series lightweight right angle transmission equipment. It is specifically designed for industrial scenarios with limited space that require right angle power transmission, and is widely used in various automated equipment and mechanical transmission systems due to its compact structure and reliable performance.

This speed reducer adopts a wear-free SPIROPLAN® transmission device, combined with a steel-steel material combination and a special tooth surface meshing design, which greatly reduces friction loss, achieves a maximum transmission efficiency of 94%, and realizes low-noise operation, making it suitable for quiet working environments. Its body is made of lightweight aluminum housing, which has high rigidity and good heat dissipation, not only reducing the overall weight of the equipment, but also effectively protecting internal components from dust and oil pollution, extending the service life.

The equipment is equipped with a DRN90L4 motor unit, adopting a motor flange installation method, supporting multiple installation forms such as foot and flange, and can be flexibly matched with solid shafts or hollow shafts to meet different load connection needs. The reduction ratio ranges from 3.20 to 75, the output torque can reach 180Nm, and the power range is 0.09KW-3.0KW, which can accurately achieve speed reduction and torque increase to meet the speed and torque requirements of different working conditions.
